I was born on the Baltic sea coast in Kaliningrad, Russia. The town, rich with rustic architecture, stonework and greenery offered me a quiet childhood spent riding ponies in a nearby park. At 12 years old, my parents brought me to Vancouver, Canada and life was never the same. New home, new friends, new language... It was a tough first year, but then I joined a community theatre, orchestra and art classes. And in these creative endeavors I found myself once again.

Now, living in Vancouver, BC, one of the best cities in the world, and doing what I absolutely love, I could not be more grateful. And here's what I learned over the years:

No matter where you go, no matter what is around you, always love those who are with you. People are the single most valuable part of our lives. It is those we share our journey with, those that impact us on a daily basis, those that make us smile which gives a reason to wake up in the morning. These close relationships infuse us with big emotions which fuel our actions with purpose and drive.

To celebrate and honor this love for people, I take photographs. Please join me in this creative process and let us capture these moments of happiness and love.
