How it works

Our initial session (free) will be about discovering what is going on in your life and what is causing you stress, and will set up the framework for how we will continue to work together moving forward.

With each session we will talk about the most pressing issue that is impacting you right now, tackle the roots, create new awareness, brainstorm and discover new perspectives and solutions, and create an action plan to get you through the next week until we talk again.

We will build and increase your awareness, tolerance, and ability to recognize triggers. We will equip you with strategies to work through those triggers and remain in control even during difficult situations. You will learn to do what’s best for you and choose wisely and consciously how you will proceed instead of being a victim to your circumstances, fears, or stressors.

By partnering with me as your coach, you will be put on the streamlined highway to get you from your point A to your point B, C, D, and beyond. The minimum commitment to work together is 3 months, and most of my clients stay with me for a year or more because they see the benefits of our work and want to keep those benefits as they navigate their life and stress moving forward.

Once I’m in your corner as your coach, you will exceed your own expectations and live a life that previously you thought was out of reach. Living at this new level is worth your time and commitment, and more. And if for whatever reason you find it’s not living up to your expectations - no problem, just let me know and we will come to an arrangement that works for us both.
