Being among others who are going through a similar experience can be very healing, uplifting, and comforting. Group coaching is your place to be you, connect, share, learn, hear and comfort others, and be seen, heard, and validated. You will be guided by me and surrounded by peers contributing to the same goal - to ease stress, learn new skills, feel better, and shift into a healthier way of dealing with life’s challenges.

Logistics:

Groups will run with 8 to 12 participants for a period of 6 weeks, meeting once a week. There will be exercises, group discussions, dyad work (in groups of 2), and more.

The sessions will be 1.5 hours long (90 minutes) and will be guided by me as your facilitator and coach.

You can expect to have a safe space free of judgement, a place and community to heal, work through challenges, gain valuable skills and abilities, and gain inspiration, feel uplifted, and more in charge of your life.
